Key responsibilities include
- Planning, executing, and reporting penetration tests, as well as making improvement recommendations.
- Designing, developing, and operating tools and systems for automating and enhancing penetration testing.
- Designing, developing, and operating content to train and develop penetration testers (used in security training platforms and company training programs).
Your Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (web applications, Windows AD environment, Linux platforms) and holding the OSCP certification (Offensive Security qualification).
- Skills in researching and studying the latest vulnerabilities and attack techniques.
- Experience in tool development using Python, C/C++, C#, PowerShell, etc. (including customization of open-source tools).
- Experience using security training platforms (such as Hack The Box, Try Hack Me).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in vulnerability discovery (bug bounties, contests, etc.).
- Experience in various security roles (SOC, CSIRT, incident response, forensics, security consulting).
- Experience in presenting research findings externally (conference presentations, blog posts, speaking at study groups or hosting them).
- Holding the OSEP, OSWE, OSED certifications (Offensive Security qualifications).
- Experience in software development within a team (agile development, Git, IaC, AWS experience).
- CTF (Capture The Flag) experience (awards, published write-ups).
