Role & Responsibility

• stable operation of the system infrastructure, various maintenance tasks, audit response, contract management with affiliated companies, and resource management, among others.
• participating from an infrastructure communication perspective during the introduction and construction of new systems.
• enhancing vulnerability security, conducting failure prevention activities, and implementing traffic control measures.

Your Skills

• At least 1 years of IT-related operational experience
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leaderships skill, and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of infrastructure-related topics (network, telephony – Cisco/AVAYA).
• General knowledge of Azure (cloud) (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• ITIL foundation certification with relevant experience in this area
• Holder of professional qualification(s) preferred, e.g. Cisco, Checkpoint, Azure, AWS Certification
• Knowledge of security-related topics.
